InkPoke is operated by AMINE DEV SASU, a company registered in France. Our platform is available at inkpoke.com. When we say "InkPoke," "we," "us," or "our," we mean AMINE DEV SASU.
To use InkPoke, you need to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information.
InkPoke is designed for tattoo artists and studios to manage bookings, clients, and portfolios. You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose. Specifically, you must not:
InkPoke offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices are displayed in your chosen currency and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes apply at your next billing cycle.
We may offer free trial periods. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again, and you'll retain access until then. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to InkPoke (portfolio images, client data, booking information, etc.). By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights.
The InkPoke name, logo, design, code, and all platform content are owned by AMINE DEV SASU and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of InkPoke without written permission.
InkPoke is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep the platform reliable and secure, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We take your data seriously. How we collect, use, and protect your data is detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using InkPoke, you agree to our data practices as described there.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms InkPoke or other users. In case of termination, you'll be able to export your data for a reasonable period (30 days) unless the termination is due to illegal activity.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of InkPoke after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of France, unless you're a consumer in the EU entitled to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
